CONDUCT STANDARDS
Putney legal services is represented only by firms authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Under their regulations you will be informed at the outset of important matters such as the standard terms upon which will be undertaken for you, who will do that work and what the costs will be. A copy of the SRA Handbook is available on their website at www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/handbook.
You will receive a client care letter detailing the services requested and the associated costs. You will be advised of the potential for further work and if this transpires you will be advised in advance of additional costs.
We are committed to high quality legal service and continually seek to improve. We will listen and review our procedure with any suggestions from your experience. If we can not resolve your issue it can be escalated to the Ombudsman.
Upon instruction by you we will need proof of ID and a recent statement or bill. This is to comply with the money Laundering Regulations and prevent the “washing” of illegally obtained monies. All documentation received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
