Declaration of Trust or Trust Deed
We prepare Declarations of trust also known as a Trust Deed or a Deed of Trust for matters relating to property. A Declaration of trust allows each purchaser or a provider of funds to specify the percentage or monies contributed by them to the purchase. Even if not registered as an owner on the title document at Land registry the Trust document can show an additional owner of the property or confirm the true owner. The documents can also state what will happen when certain events occur such as the sale of the property or upon marriage.
